Proper PIAA CIPPE FORM is REQUIRED to participate. Please hand to the head coach on the first day. Forms should not be turned into the athletic or main office.
Sections 1-6 must be completed if this is the student-athlete's first sport of the year.
Section 7/8 (Recertification) if this is the student-athlete's second or third sport.
Tryouts will begin with a MEETING in the Cafeteria. Please change and then report to the cafeteria.
At that time, the PIAA CIPPE Forms will be collected.
PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED AFTER June 1, 2018.
What to Bring:
All student-athletes should be prepared to run OUTSIDE.
Layering works best when it is cold out so that you can shed layers as you get warm:
Short sleeve/long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, light jacket
Long spandex, sweatpants
Gloves and hat
running sneakers
Water is reusable bottle
Tryout Criteria:
There will be not cuts.
Varsity and JV will be determined by performance / time trials.
JV participation in away meets and invitationals will vary.
