Section A. Branches
The PJPAC will have three branches:
Each branch will focus on specific events and projects that will be directed towards the population in that group.
Section B. Committees
Committees will form on an as-needed basis to promote specific projects. (examples- “fall sports committee” “beef and beer committee” “homecoming committee”).
ARTICLE III. MEMBERSHIP
Membership will depend on the branch to which the applicant requests. Each branch will have specific membership requirements.

"Members in good standing" is defined as: having attended 50% or more meetings throughout the school year and participated on at least one committee during the year. Role will be taken at all general meetings and committee meetings.
Members in good standing with a student in any year will be invited to attend the Varsity Recognition Banquet free of charge for the allotted number of guests.

Section A. Fundraising
1. Major Fundraiser- Encompasses all sports, used as a community event.
2. Minor Fundraiser- restaurant breakfasts/dinners, program books, ect.
3. Ongoing fundraisers- T Shirt sales, wawa tickets, apparel sales.
Section B. Money Handling Procedure
All funds raised shall be submitted to Pope John Paul II High School and deposited in an authorized bank account created under the auspices of Pope John Paul II High School according to the policies of the Office of Catholic Education.

The PJPAC may not hire coaches nor subsidize a coaches' salary. This includes gifts of cash or gift cards at the end of a season. All volunteer coaches must follow regulations established by Pope John Paul II High School.
Section E. Savings
One General Savings Fund will be created for excess funds, or for a long-term project.
