2019 PJPII Girls Lacrosse begins Monday, March 4th!
Athletic Department Required Forms:
Proper PIAA CIPPE FORM is REQUIRED to participate. Please hand to the head coach on the first day. Forms should not be turned into the athletic or main office.
Sections 1-6 must be completed if this is the student-athlete's first sport of the year.
Section 7/8 (Recertification) if this is the student-athlete's second or third sport.
PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED AFTER June 1, 2018.
Girls Lacrosse General Information:
All candidates must be in good academic standing.
All candidates must be prepared for indoor and outdoor play every day. Sneakers for indoor and cleats or turfs for outdoor. Dress appropriately for the weather. Legs must be covered when it is cold.
Candidates must attend all tryout days – exceptions such as illness & injury will be handled on a situation to situation basis.
All candidates must be at the field by no later than 2:45pm on each day of tryouts. The only exceptions will be those athletes that require care from our Athletic Trainer and/or an academic commitment. If a candidate has a pre-existing injury that requires care management with our Athletic Trainer, all necessary taping and PT exercises must be completed prior to 2:50pm.
The key attributes our coaches will be evaluating include work ethic, following instructions, athleticism, agility, speed, endurance, potential, field sense and lacrosse skills

Monday, March 4th, 2:45 - 5:00 pm outside on the field (weather permitting)
Tuesday, March 5th, 2:45 - 5:00 pm outside on the field (weather permitting)
Wed, March 6th, 2:45 - 5:00 pm outside on the field (weather permitting)
Thurs, March 7th, 2:45 - 5:00 pm outside on the field (weather permitting) team announced
Fri, March 8th - First Team Practice
There are fitness and conditioning expectations for team selection. All players must be prepared to participate in fitness testing.
